IT Business Lead – Business Planning

Location: Riverview, FL

Job Description

Providing solution alternatives and estimates, gathering and interpreting of requirements, designing, documenting and delivering solutions. Designing, documenting and delivering business process solutions in accordance with all IT policies, procedures, standards and guidelines set forth by the appropriate governing bodies. Involvement all phases of end-to-end solution/project delivery, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, designing and building, configuring, testing & deploying solutions to hyper care. Validating impacts to existing processes tools and reports. Analyzing risk, contingency planning and identifying mitigation actions to resolve business and system integration issues. Creating optimal and sustainable technical designs of solutions. Reviewing all design and build activities performed by the Business Planning and Forecasting team, including documentation and knowledge transfer of final solution to QA, training and service teams. Preparing and/or reviewing project proposals/business cases in the area of solution design and alternatives, including collaborating with business and process councils to better understand the requirements and improvement potential in identified opportunities. Collaborating with others to develop best practices relation to requirements definition, process/solution design, and solution implementation. Working with the following tools/technologies: SAP APO, CIF Interface, SAP IBP for Demand, SAP IBP for Sales & Operations Planning, SAP ECC, CPI-DS Interface Tool and SAP HANA. Position allows working from home within commuting distance of worksite in Riverview, FL.

Job Requirements

The qualified candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Engineering or closely related field. The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years (60 months) of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience configuring/implementing SAP solutions in a Demand Planning position, or closely related occupation. The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years (60 months) of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience configuring/implementing SAP solutions in a Supply Network Planning position, or closely related occupation. The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years (60 months) of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience with all the following: (a) project planning including gathering and developing functional requirements and blueprinting; (b) prototyping, designing, configuring SAP solutions; (c) involvement in end-to-end delivery of solutions including realization, testing, cutover and hyper-care; (d) conducting systems validations, impact analysis, incident root cause analysis, and migration planning and dress-rehearsals; (e) prioritizing and managing backlog planning; (f) implementing improvements and enhancements to overall solutions and; (g) utilizing all the following tools/technologies: SAP APO, CIF Interface, SAP IBP for Demand, SAP IBP for Sales & Operations Planning, SAP ECC, CPI-DS Interface Tool and SAP HANA. All experience may be gained concurrently.
